Preparing ahead of time helps ensure your shoot runs smoothly and allows us to capture your space, event, or story at its best. This guide outlines what to expect, how to prepare, and what happens after the shoot so you can feel confident and ready on the day. A little preparation goes a long way in achieving high-quality results.

On the day of your shoot, our team will arrive on time and ready to work efficiently. Depending on the type of service booked, shoots may range from a short session to several hours of coverage. We work professionally and respectfully on-site while focusing on capturing high-quality visuals that align with your goals.

Please ensure access to the location is available at the scheduled time to avoid delays.

For best results, all spaces, setups, and participants should be fully prepared before our arrival. Preparation delays may reduce available shooting time or require additional fees.

We recommend ensuring that:

  • The space or venue is clean and photo-ready

  • Staging, décor, and setup are completed

  • Pets, people, or vehicles are managed as needed

  • All necessary permissions and access are arranged

❋ Styling, Setup & Creative Direction

Clients are welcome to share inspiration, references, or specific shot requests ahead of time. While we make every effort to accommodate preferences, Inspire Media maintains creative discretion during the shoot based on lighting, layout, weather, and on-site conditions.

Simple, clean styling and minimal clutter typically result in the most effective visuals.

We aim to keep the process smooth and minimally disruptive. You are welcome to be present during the shoot; however, we may request space to work efficiently and safely.

Please note that excessive direction or on-site changes may impact the flow of the shoot and final outcomes.

❋ During the Shoot

Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions. If weather is unsuitable, we may recommend rescheduling to ensure quality results. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

In the event of delays, restricted access, or circumstances beyond our control, coverage time and deliverables may be adjusted accordingly.

❋ Weather, Delays & Unexpected Situations

After the shoot, all selected photos and videos undergo professional editing. Turnaround times vary depending on the service booked:

  • Real Estate: 24–72 hours

  • Events: 3–7 business days

  • Weddings & Commercial Projects: timelines discussed during booking

Final files are delivered digitally via a download link or online gallery. Revisions, if included, must align with the original brief. Long-term file storage is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
